Разработка терагерцовых детекторов на основе углеродных наноструктур (графена и углеродных нанотрубок) для создания систем получения изображений. Разработка дизайна детекторов. Проведение полного цикла технологических процедур: синтез нанотрубок, электронная и фотолитографии, плазмохимическое травление, нанесение металлизации и т.д. Изучение отклика изготовленных устройств на ТГц излучение. Исследование фундаментальных эффектов, лежащих в основе работы разрабатываемых детекторов
