Много лет читал полный курс общей и экспериментальной физики, вел семинарские и лабораторные занятия, а также читал множество специальных курсов и руководил дипломными работами студентов физического факультета МГПИ им. В.И. Ленина (ныне – МПГУ). Руководитель Учебно-Научного Радиофизического Центра.
Подготовил 33 кандидата физ.-мат. наук по специальностям «Радиофизика», «Физика конденсированного состояния» и «Оптика», а также 5 докторов физ.-мат. наук по этим специальностям.
