Educational programs for foreign applicants (in English)
The Department of Economic Theory and Management is one of the leading departments of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Education. The department employs 19 teachers (9 doctors of sciences and 10 candidates of sciences). Most of the professors have work experience in business organizations including multinational corporations.
The department implements educational programs in Management:
38.03.02 Management (bachelor’s degree):
«Strategic management» (4 years);
38.04.02 Management (master’s degree):
«Strategic management in international business» (2 years);
«International Entrepreneurship and World Trade» (2 years) (starting 2024, September; the program will be implemented in English through distance learning)

The demand for strategic management specialists is determined by:
the need of organizations and regions to develop strategic development programs at times of increasing uncertainty in the surrounding environment;
the need to implement major strategic economic projects including the cross-border cooperation.
Educational programs are oriented to training strategic planning and management specialists in organizations of various forms of ownership.
The educational program graduates can work as strategic development managers in the organizations of various forms of ownership, in consulting agencies and government agencies dealing with issues of social and economic development strategy and can start their own business as well.
The graduates will receive a state-issued diploma and a European diploma supplement (on request).
